After reset all settings of my iphone its unable to boot or stuck on apple logo

Many user reported that after fully reset all settings of iphone ios7, ios8, or ios9. Iphone is unable to fully boot or stop on apple logo what can do.

Then goes into safe mode - dfu mode 

How to goes in dfu mode/ safe mode

1- first press home or lock button in one time for 10 seconds 

2- then after come apple logo released lock button and keep pressing home button, 

After some seconds you can see itunes logo on your iphone screen. 

Now your iphone in dfu mode / safe mode

Now try to update pr restore your iphone in letest ios using itunes.
