Garmi ka mousam or nind ki samssya - sleeping problem in Summer

Garmiya start ho chuki h dosto
Ye hi vo mousam hota h jo apnee aane ke sath kai tarah ki bimaariya bhi saath laata h jaise dengu, heeja, maleriya, taifide etc.
Toh meera toh yahi kahana h ki in sab se bach kar rahe or agar aap free aadmi ho ya thoda bahoot time nikaal hi lete ho toh aapko pta h sabse jayda garmiyo me kya kiya jaata h.

Sahi sochaa aapne
Nind haa yaar yesaali nind bahoot aati h garmiyo me.
Kuch loog toh pooch te bhi h ki garmiyo me nind jaydaa aati h kya karen?
Dosto karna varna kuch nahi h. Agar nind aati h or time h sone ka soona aacha hota h sehat ke liye or agar aap office me ya class school me aapko nind pareshaan karti h toh fir usska ek upaay h ki raat ko poori nind loo or dopahar ke time ek chaay (tee) ya coffee pee lo. Uss se aapki nind bhi chali jaayegi or aap fresh bhi h jaaoge. Hmm aap nind bagaane ke liye apna mooh bhi dhoo sakte h.
Vaise yaar mene ye post (sleeping problems in Summer) ko lekar hi tayar ki thi.
Par yaar aapko btaa duu ye koi problem nahi h. Agar aapko nind khoob aati h toh isska matlab h aap ek tension free aadmi ho joo ki aachaa h aajki duniyaa ke hisaab se varnaa aaj kal toh loog nind ko bhi medical ki shop se kareed te h. Hmm sleeping pills ke roop me. Jo ki bilkul galat h. Natural sleep bahoot acchi hoti h usse hamara face par bhi ronak aati h.
Toh dosto ye toh thi meri advice ab aap bhi comment karke batao ki aapki garmiya kaisi chal rahi h me aapke comment ka reply jaroor karunga.
